Galerie Bacqueville is delighted to present a new solo show by German painter Theresa Möller.

Theresa Möller’s new works explore abstract pictorial spaces that emerge from natural forms. Organic shapes, fields of colour, and layered surfaces interact without depicting recognisable landscapes. Structures emerge and dissolve, forming dense, immersive environments. Nature serves as a point of departure rather than a subject to be represented.

Drawing on traditional painterly techniques such as gestural brushwork, layering, and an emphasis on materiality, the paintings move beyond representation. They show constructed realities that exist exclusively within the medium of painting, exploring the ambivalent transitions between organic growth and cultural formation, figuration and abstraction, and cycles of emergence and inevitable decay.

Exhibition from 19 November to 23 December 2026.
